For individual rooms or suites:
June 1 - September 30 (High season)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are responsible for the full reservation amount.
October 1 - May 31st (Low season)
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 3 days of check-in are liable for the full reservation amount.
For group bookings:
A 50% deposit required at time of booking. Non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date.
A 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remainder of the balance will be charged upon check in.
Yes a credit card is required to book.
We don't offer group rates or discounts.
We do offer discounted rates for contractors. Please contact us for more information.
We have an option called "Book the Hotel" where we allow guests to block the entire hotel with a $1000 deposit. There are other terms and conditions that apply. Please contact us for more details or view the Terms and Conditions document here:
We do require a minimum 2-night stay during July and August.
