OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

The Nordic Inn x Ski Valley Family Ski  Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by The Nordic Inn, located in Erickson, Manitoba, in partnership with Ski Valley (Minnedosa, Manitoba).

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Have access to Facebook

• Can travel to Erickson, MB and Minnedosa, MB

Employees, immediate family members, and household members of The Nordic Inn and Ski Valley are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on Monday, January 12 and ends on Wednesday, January 21st at 11:59 PM (the “Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary.

To enter:

1. Like "WIN A FAMILY SKI GETAWAY!" post on the Nordic Inn Facebook page

2. Comment on the official contest post answering the question provided

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A two (2) night stay at The Nordic Inn

• Two (2) adult ski passes to Ski Valley

• Two (2) junior ski passes to Ski Valley

The prize:

• Has no cash value

• Is non-transferable

• Must be used during the 2025/26 ski season, subject to availability

• Is subject to Ski Valley operating hours and conditions

Transportation, meals (unless otherwise stated), and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries after the contest closes.

The winner will be contacted via Facebook comment or direct message within 48 hours of the draw.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Nordic Inn, Ski Valley, and their respective owners, employees, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this contest and will not be shared or used for marketing purposes without consent.

10. Facebook Disclaimer

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants acknowledge that they are providing information to The Nordic Inn and not to Facebook.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest.
