Are rentals included?

Are lessons included?
Lessons are not included in this package, but are available at the ski hill. Please call them ahead of time to book a lesson. Lesson prices can be found on their website: https://www.skivalley.ca/tickets-passes
What happens to my package if Ski Valley closes due to weather before I arrive?
The Nordic Inn will do its best to contact you as soon as we learn of the closure, but we recommend checking Ski Valley's Facebook and Instagram pages for the most up to date on closures. We will provide with 2 options:
1. Rebook your stay
2. We can refund your deposit
What happens to my package if Ski Valley closes due weather and I'm already checked in?
If lift tickets are unusable due to a full-day closure, we will issue a refund for them if you return them to the front desk.
What happens if I want to go to Ski Valley before checking in?
Please let us know upon booking if you plan to go to the ski hill prior to checking in. We will have your vouchers available at the ski hill for you. If you book online, you can contact us at 204-636-2601 or send an email to info@thenordic.ca.
Ski Valley - Terms & Conditions
Notice from Ski Valley:
As per Ski Valley's Cold Weather Policy, occasionally Ski Valley will be required to close due to inclement weather. We advise you to check prior to travelling to Ski Valley to ensure the hill is open. Closures due to weather are posted on our website (www.skivalley.ca), our Facebook and Instagram pages. You are also welcome to phone 204-867-3509.
- Vouchers have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, must be presented at time of purchase
- Use of this voucher is subject to the following conditions:
- The use of Ski Valley's premises and facilities, and participation in activities on those premises, are subject to the following conditions set out in the Exclusion of Liability and Assumption of Risk Notice which is posted at www.skivalley.ca and throughout the premises
- Issuance and use of, or participation in any Ski Valley pass, ticket, program, lesson, or activity is also subject to the passholder/participant completing the applicable Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement(s) as a condition of use/participation.
