Terms & Conditions

To help ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, please review our hotel policies regarding pets, smoking, quiet hours, damages, and guest responsibilities.

By making a reservation with The Nordic Inn, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Pet Policy

​

  • The Nordic Inn welcomes small dogs only (30 lbs or less).

  • Pet-friendly rooms must be booked directly with the hotel.

  • A pet fee of $25 per night applies.

  • Pets may not be left unattended in guest rooms and must remain leashed while on hotel property.

  • The Nordic Inn reserves the right to require the removal of a pet or shorten a guest's stay if a pet's behaviour negatively impacts other guests or the property.

 

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or on the screened patio.

  • Guests wishing to smoke outdoors must use the designated smoking area located at the front of the building.

  • Additional cleaning fees may apply if smoking occurs in a non-smoking area.

 

Damages & Cleaning

​

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furnishings, fixtures, or hotel property during their stay.

  • Rooms requiring excessive cleaning may incur a minimum cleaning fee of $100.

  • The Nordic Inn reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage or misuse.

Quiet Hours

 

To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

During quiet hours, guests are asked to:

  • Keep televisions, music, and conversations at a respectful volume

  • Avoid loud gatherings in guest rooms, hallways, and outdoor areas

  • Minimize noise when arriving late or departing early

  • ​

Guests who repeatedly disturb others may be asked to leave the property without a refund.

 

Housekeeping

​

Light housekeeping services, including towel replacement, coffee replenishment, and garbage removal, are available upon request during regular business hours by calling 204-636-2601.

 

Limitation of Liability

​

The Nordic Inn is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during a guest's stay.

​

Guests are responsible for ensuring that room doors are securely locked when leaving their room.

The Nordic Inn reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
